Wilson Lake

Lake Level 506.51

Surface Temp 56

What a beautiful day to be on the water. It was cool this morning but temperature got to the mid 60’s by the end of tournament. We had a 5 to 10 east wind and sunny skies.

The bite today was slooooow but all the teams managed to bring fish to the scales.  1st place went to Team Kirby With a total weight of 5.79  2nd place went to Team McCarley with a total weight of 5.50 and also had big fish of 1.30. 3rd place went to Keil and Dodd with a total weight of 3.98. Like I said it was tough fishing today but we could have not asked for a better day to be on the water, If we would have been having a drum tournament today everyone would have had a heck of a day.  Our turnout was low today I think because deer season opened up so we will have to make sure and avoid that weekend next year. Thanks to all the teams that did come out and thanks for another fun and safe day on the water.  This was our last fall tournament and I hope everyone has a great Holiday. We will get started back up in Feb.
