In order to keep tuition affordable and fund key aspects of SHC curriculum, we count on an annual parent pledge for each child who attends our private high school. For more information, please read about our Parent Pledge Program.

Our mission is to provide a rigorous, Catholic education to students of all economic backgrounds. $6.4 million has been distributed to approximately 350 families for the 2023-24 academic year.

If you are considering applying for financial aid, here are some things to know:

• Financial aid awards are primarily need-based.
• Financial aid awards are given for one year and must be renewed each subsequent year.
• Financial aid decisions are made independently from admissions decisions.
• Every family is eligible to apply for financial aid.

A complete financial aid application to SHC must include:

• Completed online application (see online link below)
• Necessary tax documentation

Please note that the December 8, 2023 deadline is for applying 8th grade families only. Returning 10th, 11th, and 12th grade families must apply by January 15, 2024. Families that have both an applying 8th grader and returning student must meet the December 8 deadline. Late applications will be processed and reviewed; however, meeting the appropriate deadline is critical.

足球投注现象,, we grant two types of four-year, merit-based scholarships to students entering the 9th grade who have shown exceptional academic and cocurricular achievement. We evaluate students for these scholarships based on admissions applications (there are no separate applications for these scholarships), and we notify students receiving scholarships with their acceptance. Scholarships will automatically renew every year as long as students maintain required academic and behavioral expectations.

校奖学金 are for students with superior performance on elementary school standardized tests and the High School Placement Test (HSPT), and demonstrated leadership at the grammar school level. Regents Scholarship recipients must be accepted into SHC’s De Paul Scholar Program or 调查 & 创新项目, though not all invitees to these programs receive 校奖学金.

President’s Scholarships

A limited number of President’s Scholarships are reserved for top applicants that fall outside the strict academic parameters of the De Paul Scholar Program and 调查 & Innovation Progam and possess exemplary personal qualities consistent with the mission of SHC. President’s Scholarship recipients have a solid record of academic achievement and demonstrate leadership skills necessary to make a dramatic impact on student life at SHC.
